Hi again, as I mentioned my name is Shea. I’m a therapist (click here for that website) and an anti-racism activist (click here for that one).

If you’re interested in my professional work, please check them out. This is not a space to reach me about those areas of my life.

This is a personal site I created to, frankly, just put things I write out into the world.

Writing is something I’ve always done to help me process, sometimes creating a story is the only way I can figure out how I feel about something.

Much like my photo, none of this is very polished or professionally done, my challenge to myself is to just publish.
